My one year anniversary w/ my girlfriend is coming up soon and I needed some advice what kind of stuff?

I should get her. I have never gotten her any type of jewlery to save it for some special occasion and maybe this was one of them. What should I do for her and get her? Perhaps a necklace ? after a year you should know your girlfriends preferences so think about it for a minute...does she ogle necklaces at the mall?...is she shoe crazy?...what does she like?...the best presents are when you can tell the gifter knows you and knows what you like...good luck...
I would say some really nice elegent looking necklace/bracelet, if you get her a ring she may get the wrong idea and think you might propose.
