I am African and am divorced. I have one child (3 years) and she is also blace. I am dating a mixed race (white/asian) man who lives with his son (5) whos mother is white. We are thinking of settling down together but although I guess it is a bad thing to feel I am worried about all the different races, espeically if we have children the would be another completely different race.

It maybe hard at first but from experience it is something you can get through. The biggest issue I find is people constantly staring but that too will pass. The first priority should be making sure the kids are OK, happy and have an open relationship with them when and if questions should come upMIXED race blended family - I am dating a guy but if we were to blend families there would be 5 races...advice
