I have a serious Problem, a little advice will be great.?

I have a prue breed roit puppy, bout 81/2 weeks old, last week her chow finish is i went to buy her some, and they didn't have what she eat, so i bought her another good brand.

At the end of the week, she went for her 2nd booster shot, which was due three days before.

She ate the new chow but when she got the booster shot she hardly eat that day, then two days now she have not eaten just drink water, i notice her belly is looking full, like when she eat.

she look very week and her ribs is now starting to show.

Beside, i'm carrying her to the vet today.

Can any one tell me what is going on.

Her stool is watery.I have a serious Problem, a little advice will be great.?
cant tell you if it has anything to do with the shots or not, however i can tell you that you should never switch your dogs food in that way!! if you need to change your dog's diet, slowly wean them off of the old food and onto the new food, or they will have digestive problems!! and its not heartworm, dogs cant get heartworm until 5 months.. when we brought our dog home from the humane society, she had canine coccydia (not sure of spelling) which is a bacterial infection. ask your vet to give your dog tests!!I have a serious Problem, a little advice will be great.?
um...... she might be allergic to the new food! A lot of pure breed dogs have problems with different types of dog food!
maybe heart worms
food poisoning? let her eat some grass..it's a natural medical way..hopefully she will throw some out.
Well, when you switch a dog's food you are supposed to gradually do it by start mixing in a little of the new each day until you've got it switched. That was the first problem. The dog may have had a reaction to the shot as well.
Whenever you switch dog foods you must do so gradually, not abruptly. Usually when you switch you should slowly mix the newer food into the old one a little bit at a time, until the old stuff runs out.

A puppy's stomach is more sensitive to change than a full grown dog. She might be reacting to a different food formulation. Hopefully, your vet will give her a clean bill of health and this condition will be temporary.
your dog puppy probably had a allergic reaction like are dog did with r rot when she was young yours dogs immune system is probably down so u should get it quarintined i hope ur dog feels better
GET THIS PUPPY TO THE VET TODAY. No one on here is going to be qualified enough to diagnose your puppy. She needs to have some bloodwork run, she sounds like she is not doing well at all.

If her ribs are showing and she has diarrhea, I would guess that it is some sort of intestinal virus, which is never good.

Good luck.
It may just be worms. Puppies are prone to them. Also, could be parvo. I am glad you are taking her to the vet. Puppies are very vulnerable to illness. Hope she is ok.
She prolly had a reaction to the medicine or the medicine changed her liking of that new food you bought her.
Changing the food so fast like that is very hard on a puppys stomach and she most likely has gotten an upset stomach and the diarrhea is from the fast food switch.

Puppys are very sensitive to food and switching like that can casue the problems you have. It should pass.

The other sounds like a reaction to the shots. Many dogs have an allergic reaction to shots and ifyou tell the vet they can give them some benedryl to help with that.

Talk to yourbet and they should be able to your puppy back on the right track and feeling better soon.

Good luck.
I have a yokie whos 5yr old. He always getts sick after a shot. If it last for more than 2 days I would call and check with your vet. If he's rinning a temp ask if its ok to give baby tylenol. Since his tummy is bloated though I would take him to the vet. Good Luck
