Is anyone available to assist me in some advice as to have a good spirit in correspondence with what I do?

I really do feel down a lot and I would like to know if anyone out there has some advice that can help me with my problem because I am really feeling down. I do not know what to do. I am so confused most of the times and can not seem to get a reality check. If anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it.

Everyone gets down sometimes, but if you feel that you have been down and/or feel there is no hope of getting better for more than 2 weeks then it is a good idea to go see a doctor. Another thing that can help is to meditate and visualize a dream or goal that you want and see it in great detail then break it down in to steps. Make a realistic goal and then take action on it even if it feels like it is weird or a waste of time. For example,if you dream of being a good singer, after you visualize yourself singing beautifully and joyfully in a detailed picture then you could think about what it would take to get there. A singing teacher? If no money or time for that right now, what can I do today to bring me closer to this? Practice singing, look up singing teachers, find out where and how much they charge. What would I have to do to get money for singing lessons? Work at MacDonalds? Ok I will work at MacDonalds to save up money for singing lessons. Now working is part of your dream. Even if it takes longer than you want it to, it will happen. My grandfather said, ';Discouragement is being unwilling to progress slowly.';

Discover your dreams, and do something about them every single day. Get help from a doc if you need to. Then get back to building on your dreams.
