When I was 14, there was this guy who was probably 65 years old. I was working at a school cleaning, and so was he. He said: ';Don't take no s hit from nobody and the only people who can yell at you are your parents'; I used that advice throughout high school. forgive because anger is self distructive by doing the most damage to the angery person and not the one who the anger is directed at.

Meaning how your life is now, it may not always be so don't look down or laugh at peoples misfortune. Her boss always used to make fun of people with special needs or who just 'were'nt right' (his words) and my mum would always say ';One years not seven'; His son was born with Downs Syndrome and he doesnt make fun of anyone now.
There is no use worrying about things over which you have no control, and if you have control, you can do something about them instead of worrying.
