If you want to travel a lot and are living in Europe (at least 6 months) InterRail might be right:

If you are not European, and want to travel a lot, like about one out of each 2 days, Eurail:

You can hitch-hike, but that is risky, you can book hitch-hiking through sites, I do not have a link but that is less risky.





Walking may cost less in transport, but you will end up paying much more for your travels, as you will have to pay for more days food and places to stay.

i traveled too 10 different countries in two months in europe.





i took trains everywhere. except for the islands in croatia i took a ferry for that.
