My dogs and house are tick infested, any advice?

My mom and I went on vacation for a week leaving my dad and brother at home. We came back with ticks all around the house and on the dogs. One of my dogs had almost a hundred on her. I am almost certain the problem is caused by my dad. He lets the dogs run in thick forests, probably carrying ticks. I am trying to convince him to stop. Is there any sprays or medication you reccommend? Thank you!My dogs and house are tick infested, any advice?
While your dad is sleeping, put a bunch of ticks on him. In the meantime get your dog to the vet and ask the vet what to use to get rid of the ticks (and your dad) in the house. My dogs and house are tick infested, any advice?
Oh my God,vet ASAP,if they're covered in ticks...Good luck with that. Those buggers carry nasty diseases.Get a recommendation from your vet on what kind of product to use to shield them from getting ticks, that way if your dad lets them run loose again they don't get any.I use frontline for mine.
Go get your dog dipped by a groomer and buy bug spray for your home...consult a vet...he can give you medication to repel flees and tick....like Frontline.
blood will disappear and the animal will die from being anemic with the ticks. go to the vet buy from the vet flea and tick bombs. everyone has to leave the house for 3 or so hours and close all the windows. then vaccum vaccum everywhere. buy revolution and put it on every month. stops this from happening again. your local animal clinic is less money or human society
Advantix or Frontline Plus prevents fleas and ticks on the dog - you put it on back of the dog's neck every single month without fail.

Sounds as if your dogs definitely need this, ticks can carry diseases and infect dogs.
