Well I have some.I'll be 54 years young in two days and can still do a back flip off a car and can't find an 18 year old with as fast of hands so don't let the numbers get to you.The difference is now we know we can do it , we are better at doing it,and we know when not to do it..
I hate how our society makes everyone think aging is bad, you're only as old as you act and remember with age comes wisdom, if i were you I'd go out and party like you were 20 again or do something really spontaneous like sky diving.

You should not be taking advice from ones younger and less wise than you. With age comes wisdom. Be who you are and be proud to be half a century old. Remember, we don't GET gray hair, we EARN it.
Happy Birthday! Party like there's no tomorrow, you are only as young as the man you're feeling, no seriously enjoy life!
Don't tell anyone your age and still have fun. Just because you're getting older doesn't mean you can't stay current. Give advice when people ask. That is what makes older people interesting.
