Can anyone give advice on whether Primerica is a company one should work for?

Any advice is welcome, especially from people who do or have worked for Primerica. How much can I expect to earn in a month? And how much time is required? Can anyone give advice on whether Primerica is a company one should work for?
I currently work there. How much you going to make money depends on these factors:

1) Are you fully licensed, meaning do you have your life and securities license?

2) Are you coachable?

3) Are you attending weekly training?

4) Are you willing to let your upline or RVP train you in the field? (meaning you go to client's home and show them what you do).

How you going to make money?

1) By selling various products yourself. (life insurance, debt consolidation, home loans, prepaid legal, investments, long term care, college plans).

2) When your teammates make a sale. Some people worry that their commissions will be split. This only happens if you have a field trainer with you when you do a sale. So if you make sale by yourself, none of your commissions get split. But your upline will earn a bonus (which is the difference between your sales level and his/her sales level). I think this is best compensation system for any type of business.

Anyway, you have to understand that this is your business. The road ahead of you will be tough and some people may not agree with what you do. But are you going to let them stop you from pursuing your dream? You are going to hear many negative things about Primerica and you have to understand that these people either work for other financial companies or people who quit the business in less than 30 days and say ';it didn't work out for me.'; Are you going to be more focus on why it didn't work out for them or focus on how successful people in the company built their business?

I think the first step to building a successful business is to understand why you are doing this? From there, you will have focus on building your business.

Whatever you do, good luck in your career and always know that the business opportunity will always be open at Primerica. Can anyone give advice on whether Primerica is a company one should work for?

you need a lot times, your pay is base on commissions. Don't wast your time, try something else. no sale no pay.
