i totally understand the feeling where vomiting will help you feel better - and it's surprisingly hard to vomit by sticking your finger down your throat. this is going to sound disgusting, but i assume you don't have any syrup of ipecac (an emetic - or something that can't be digested and makes you puke), so i'd suggest water mixed with hydrogen peroxide - way more water than hydrogen peroxide. drink that and you'll throw up. remember to vomit standing while bending at the waist (your head needs to be lower than your hips) in order to prevent vomit from entering your lungs... rather than kneeling in front of the toilet. i hope you feel better!I dont want to be sick anymore, advice.?
I think maybe you didn't get enough sleep.
One time I went on a trip but I only got like 3 or 4 hours of sleep and I felt horrible.
Then when I got home I just face planted myself to my bed and slept and I was good the next day.
Just take a good nap and maybe it will get better
if throwing up would make you feel better, you probably wouldn't need to induce it, your body would just do it on its own.
I am assuming you have tried tums, milk of magnesia, pepto, any other over the counter meds?
Drink a lot of water and hopefully what ever it is will pass.
I have a 10 minute rule- If I still feel like I'm going to upchuck after eating and it's been 10 minutes-*a lot of foods don't agree with me because I had my gallbladder out--I throw up....if you actually ';tickle'; the top of the back of your mouth - sometimes one side is more sensitive than the other- or the corners of the back of your tongue-- you will find you G spot for upchucking.....and after you do, you'll feel better- remember to brush your teeth to get the gastric juices off your teeth....and don't eat that food again.
